CEPHALOTAXUS harringtonia 'Fastigiata'

An erect-branched shrub of medium to large size, resembling the 'Irish Yew'(Taxus baccata 'Fastigiata') in habit. Leaves almost black-green, spreading all round the shoots. Probably derived as a sport from C.harringtonia. Fruits are ovoid to obovoid, 2-2.5cm long and olive-green. They are borne on drooping peduncles 6-10mm long.
